The Madison Bed, Book and Candle, Bed and Breakfast is a lovely 1870s Colonial home located in Central New York and is open all year! It is surrounded by antique dealers in the villages of Bouckville and Madison, and just a few minutes from area attractions and local colleges.
Full advance payment is due for only a one-night stay, Graduation, and Family weekends.
Special event weekends and holidays may require a minimum stay. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the arrival date. I will refund your deposit less a $50.00 processing fee if the entire vacancy can be filled caused by the cancellation. Prime dates are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate pets.
